You know the other day I wandered the Rideau Centre looking for something for a photojournalism assignment. I know the city is busy trying to clean up Rideau so is it really a surprise that I found way more people hanging out on the roof? or in the parking lot? Of course not, the problems of the street are just moving out of the public eye.
