Bill won a ReLit award for his short fiction Gargoyles. For anyone who knows Bill, you must be thinking just where is Bill? Well if you went by the name tag, Bill is the creature in the little cage. However if you followed his voice you'd find Bill is the yellow cell phone. That's right Bill couldn't make it in person. However the cute creature in the cage was more than willing to be his stand in.
